Return Policy

  • Instructions on how to return a product.

    * Some products are non-returnable. Note that in all cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Exceptions I - The following items are non-returnable:
    • Products that cannot be repacked as new (as received) -- except in-ear earphones (see bellow)
    • Neumann products
    • Special orders of parts, such as wireless components built to order on specific frequencies

    Exceptions II - The following items have a Special Return Policy
    • In-Ear Earphones (Shure E2c, E2G, E3G, E3c, E2, E3, UE Super.fi 3 Studio, Etymotic ER6i and ER6, Westone UM1) - You have 30 days, from the date you place your order, to return the earphones with all sleeves, accessories, original package, etc. Your refund will be for the purchase amount less original shipping/handling cost, less a flat $25.00 restocking fee per set to cover shipping to and from the manufacturer and any other fees for replacement for a brand new unit, as we do not sell open items.
    • In-Ear Earphones (Shure E5c, E5, E4, E4G, E4c, Westone UM2, UE Super.fi 5 Pro, Super.fi 5 EB, Etymotic ER4P, ER4S and ER4B) - You have 30 days, from the date you place your order, to return the earphones with all sleeves, accessories, original package, etc. Your refund will be for the purchase amount less original shipping/handling cost, less a 15% restocking fee per set to cover shipping to and from the manufacturer and any other fees for replacement for a brand new unit, as we do not sell open items.
    • Wireless Microphones - Within 20 days of your order date we can credit you 100% of your purchase (less shipping) towards the purchase of any other item(s) that we carry of equal or greater amount. If you prefer a refund, we may have to charge a restocking fee of no less than 15% to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses.
    Refunds, credits, and exchanges are for the value of the equipment only (minus fees when applicable), and do not include shipping charges. Returned items must be in original condition, with all original packing, including owner manuals, blank warranty card, and any supplied accessories. Merchandise purchased from FMA Solutions is sold in its original factory packaging, with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer. Items can be returned if in original packaging, same new condition as sold with literature/instructions and blank warranty cards.

    Products initially sold with FREE shipping: the credit amount will be reduced by the original cost of shipping or $7.50, whichever is greater.

    Instructions:

    • Please DO NOT send the product back to the manufacturer
    • Within 30 days of your order date or 20 days (whichever applies depending on the product), send us an email to Returns and request an RA number. Please include your Order or Invoice number and/or your name.
    • Please keep the original packaging and accessories to return with the item.
    • Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping box and please do not put any stickers or labels on the original manufacturer's packaging.
    • Please ship the items back to us prepaid. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or FEDEX Insured for shipment. FMA Solutions cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
    • Please mark the outside of the shipping box with the Return Authorization Number (RA N. _____).
    • Boxes without an RA number marked on the outside of the box will not be accepted.
    • At the time of your request, we will provide you with the return address.
    If any of the above conditions are not met, FMA Solutions reserves the right either to refuse the return, or to charge a restocking fee of no less than 15%.

    Refunds

    We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received, inspected and processed the returned item. If the product is not in perfect conditions you will incur in a restocking fee.

    * Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    **Special orders are products that are not in our stock regularly because they are of very low demand, exotic or custom built, and usually the manufacturers would not accept them back.
